Ayurvedic Nutrition

During Your First Ayurvedic Nutritional Consultation we will discuss your concerns, questions and your health history. Together we will uncover your Ayurvedic constitution and asses your Ayurvedic imbalance state (if there are any). This is done through Ayurvedic assessments method, such as Ayurevdic pulse reading called Nadi Vigyan, visual assessment such as eye, teeth, tongue, nail readings and questioning about urine, or questioning about biological cycles such as urination, bowel movements, and appetite.

During Prenatal and Postnatal Ayurvedic Consultations herbs are carefully selected for each individual and specific Ayurvedic constitution.

You Will Receive Complete Wholistic Care including techniques such as breathing, meditation, self Ayurvedic massage tips, and Ayurvedic nutritional recommendations. As you gain insight to your emotional and physical inter-balance.

A Follow ~ Up Consultation is an important opportunity to answer any questions you might have after your initial consult. Also you may need to adjust the current recommendations based on any new health and lifestyle changes.
